Q: Agent says "MT5 not connected"?
Make sure MetaTrader 5 is running and logged into your account. The agent connects to MT5 locally via the Python API.
Q: Trades show in MT5 but not in the dashboard?
The agent syncs trades on startup (last 30 days) and tracks live closes. Restart the agent to pick up any missed trades.
Q: How is P&L calculated?
P&L includes profit + commission + swap — the actual net result of each trade.
Q: Can I use this with a prop firm?
Yes! Use the Challenge tab to track your prop firm targets (profit target, max DD, daily DD). The Protection tab helps stay within limits.
Q: Does the agent trade automatically?
Only when you enable Auto Trade and ARM or EXECUTE. By default, it only monitors — no trades without your action.
Q: What pairs/symbols are supported?
Any symbol available in your MT5 broker — XAUUSD, EURUSD, BTCUSD, etc. Set in the Auto Trade configuration.
Q: How do I update the agent?
The agent auto-updates on startup. Just restart start.bat to get the latest version.
